Involving the MakeIt Team…
I’m sure you’ll agree that the best way to keep an online diary interesting is to keep it up-to-the minute, relevant and exciting, making sure there are regular postings for people to read, lots of interesting and engageing information and (hopefully) a healthy debate taking place in and around the site and its contents.
At MakeItWorkShop we are about team work, our volunteers (…and there are 18 of us now!) working together to develop this whole concept of an active and vibrant Social Enterprise. And all of us are truly involved, in either particular aspects of our development, such as with the Sewing Centre, or the Tool Sort, or the MakeIt Shop or, and vitally, the tools workshop itself, as well as in the day-to-day running of the enterprise. We all have our stories to give and creative contributions to make, especially here on the website.
So please do keep on checking back to see what’s happening at MakeItWorkShop. Hopefully, each time you do, we will have posted up something new for you to read, interact with and comment upon…

Our First Post!
Good Afternoon Everyone!
Here in Southport we are enjoying the somewhat ‘splendid’ weather and most importantly enjoying collecting the wonderful varieties of items available to us from the general public.
In our second month the shop is full of vibrant and unique stock. Stay in tune to catch a glimpse of what Make It Workshop has to offer!
